Using Speakerphone
Just a simple question about speakerphone for those that know. Can the speaker be used with the flip closed or does the flip have to be opened.
I am pretty sure it was already discussed but damn there's over a hundred pages in this forum so dont give me any grief about it. 😡 If you know please answer, otherwise I would appreciate no answer.

Good question, and one I have been concerned with myself.
I just tested it and confirmed - the flip has to be open to use the speakerphone. So that is the bad news.
The GOOD news is that the belt clip holds the phone with the flip open, thus allowing me to clip the phone to my car visor and still use the speakerphone.
FYI, you can set the speakerphone to "on" so if the phone rings and you answer, it is automatically on speaker.

hope this doesnt sound like a stupid question, but can you keep the phone closed while you're on
with a headset/bluetooth? or does closing the phone always hang up the call?
it just seems to me that it would be nice being able to walk around w/phone in your pocket and talk w/the earset.

I think that I read elswhere that bluetooth headset works with flip closed. I won't know for sure until I go to Circuit City to get the HS810 later today and find out for sure.
