I just got it at RS.
Under included features on my Verizon plan it says: "National Access Minutes Of Use"
Not sure but I remember people saying that it wasn't available anymore. Just wanted to let you know.

You'll have to try it out and report how well it works. NA-MOU + Bluetooth is the main thing that's drawing me to the phone.
The big thing is that they are clearly not supposed to give you a NA-MOU plan if you don't have a camera phone. The v710 is a camera phone, so you may slide in.
The problem is, they may be calling you up to yell at you if you are using a signifigant amount of NA time. This has been rather sporadic and basicly comes back to them not being able to provision NA ...
