I just picked up my new V710. I can't offer any feedback because it's still charging, but I plan to out some mins on it tomorrow.

I live in VA, how can you help me? If you are refering by way of Radio Shack, I know of 2 that have them, but unfortunately that doesntg help me I was told by a very helpful RS guy that I have to get mine from verizon due to my contract situation, I am eligible, but RS cant honor my situation, got to see it but wasnt willing to pay 500+ when i can get it from VZW 8/11..but if you can still help please email me..eng50atcomcastdotnet

Mine works great. The V710 is great as far as features and abilities. I love the phone and the HS820 is working great.
