voice dailing voicemail question

Lopes

okay first off, I love this phone, even with some of the little glitches and everything. Yes, the earpeice volume is a little low to my liking, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. And yes, the camera quality is bunk, but to me, it's a phone first, and a quick novelty camera second. I've wanted this thing for so long, and i still can't believe that I have it! I'm very pleased with it. Plus, it just looks slick, which was a big part of the decision for me to buy it. I hate the look of the rest of the phone selection for verizon out there.

ANYWAYS, onto my question.....when i use the voice dialing feature to access my voicemail, it doesn't dial in my passcode, even though i changed the voicemail in the phonebook to have a wait and my passcode...

Or use your phone number as the vm number so you don't use your peak minutes up....

Its still uses your Peak Minutes when you dial your Mobile telephone #. A while back it would use your mobile to mobile minutes but now it uses regular airtime minutes, best to call from a landline to check your vm if you can.

So if I am dialing another VZW number - it doesn't fall under "InNetwork"? that is really odd....

*One correction to the Voicemail Dialing* You need to have a # Symbol before the Passcode. With the voicemail system you have to Enter a # symbol to interupt the Greeting before it asks for a passcode**

thanks everyone for the replies, but i do have my passcode stored in the number for voicemail in the phonebook. So how do i get the voicedail voicemail command to enter the passcode? Because even with the code stored in teh phonebook, voicedailing doesn't dial it.
