alright here it goes, i currently am up for promotion price and upgrade, i am staying in PA for the summer but live in NY with a 516 number, the guy at radio shack has two v710's and wont sell them with the promotion price since im not in my area, and he doesnt have the ability to pull up my file and it really sucks!!! i dont understand why they wont do it, isnt verizon national and it works everywhere

It is National but we are broken up in 3 regions. West MidWest East. Also dont buy your phone at Radioshack they are only an authroized reseller

why is it bad to buy it from Radioshack, as well should i just wait till the 11th to buy it from verizon??

They buy their phones directly from manufacturer. (sometimes they can be refurbished) so Verizon wont help you if you have any problems with the handset.

whatever the fact is Radio Shack in PA wont let me purchase the phone with my account information because they dont have the ability to pull up my account, which F'N suckss!!!!..i have to wait till i go back to NY..and they also said in NY they wont ship the phone from them to PA because i have to sign some bull **** papers!!!

CAll the PA sales team 877-807-4372 they can up grade you cell over the phone and have it next day FED-EX to your house
