Talk time sucks
Tried and tested..
About 100 mins total was all it could do today..
This is very bad.. Yes the NIMH batts need a few weeks to get going but for openers its a problem..

Man, I hope you have Lithium and not NiMH.
Yes, one good cycle can improve capacity but not that much. Was Bluetooth on all the time? Were you downloading or moving lots of stuff to a Transflash card? Did you take a lot of pictures?
100 minutes is 1/2 day sometimes.

No bluetooth and no transflash...
Just regular use..
I hope other people test this..
You need to reset your call timer and check it at the end of the day..

with minimal use from the phone, it died after 12 hours, and i was only on the phone a combined total of maybe 20 minutes throughout the day. once the battery meter goes down to 2 bars, it flies down to 1 and to low battery within an hour. anyone think that this is a broken battery or a phone that has problems? or is anyone else having issues like this?

I got mine today and car charged it for about 2 hours (on way to airport). Phone said charge complete.
I was stuck at the airport for 5 hours waiting for parents flight to come in. I I must of talked for at least 200 minutes, played with camersm, video, and wallpapers. Thing didn't die till about 11:30pm. So considering it was only day one that was cool for me

Were you in an analog service area or someplace with a weak digital signal?

Don't believe a word this kid posts. He has put out nothing but garbage on this board and also goes by the name GLOBALONE. He is a punk kid that just wants to stir the pot. He can't even lie good. Noticed he said NiMH battery! Motorola has not used NiMH battries for quite some time now!

First full day was a good if not better than my V60. I have found that these batteries need about 3-4 full cycle charge/discharge to start working at max capacity.
