just recieved my bluetooth headset today, but somethings wrong with it???

just now recieve my bluetooth headset and the charger has prongs on it, ans doesnt look like a real wall charger??? and now that i look it most of all the writing is in japaneese!!!, whats up???? please advise!!

You got the japanese (international) version. The prongs are for elec. outlets outside the US. Just use the charger that came with the phone for the headset. They are the same.

yes just figured that out, thanks!! also i cant get it to work with my phone, do you know why?????

usually the button to talk is the pairing button. each one pairs differently. usually press the talk button until its a steady blue then press look for devices on phone.

did that and it cant find the device, also this one is from japan, would that make a difference

I have the 820 and the LED has to be on steady for it to pair. You might want to check the last couple of pages of the forum. I think somebody else had the same problem with the 810 and it was answered.
