just did a search on bluetooth and found nothing heplful, please advise

i just got my HS810 and cant get it to work with my v710, please tell me what iam doing wrong?????

First of all, regardless if you have the HS810 or HS820, hold the button down until the blue light is solid and not flashing, then use the phone to search for device and the PIN is always 0000 regardless of what brand/model of bluetooth item you use.
