the people that are complaining about the volume,live in NY, OR CALF. where its always loud!!! i dont think its that bad, i can hear fine and if your not using the phone put it on the charger, they are making a 1400 mah battery so that will take care of that, fantastic ...

Everything else about the phone I love, there are things that could be better, bt file transfer for one, but it was a hell of a step up from the V60 I had before.
As far as phone volume, I have found that it depends entirely on where you place the phone on your ear. The speaker is alot farther back then on many previous phones, and because of this, you have to hold the phone farther forward then you would on other phones (like the T720) Otherwise the phone volume is comparable to the T720. Clarity wise I have been told by everyone I call with the phone that it sounds MUCH clearer then my T720 was.
The Obeymoto voice command stuff is downright awesome, especially when used with a headset (I have a Jabra Freespeak)
The ring tone volume is alot louder then my T720 was as well, and this is nice ...
