I've waited a long time for this phone and have been pretty dissapointed with the complaints being made from everybody that just got one. So for the people that do own one, are the software issues, short battery life, and low phone volume bad enough to not buy this phone?? is the volume extremely low, or just lower than what people are used to?? get back at me and let me know if i really should spend 350 bucks on this thing.

I've only had mine for 2 days, so not sure on the battery life, but I was suprised when my battery started beeping at me yesterday afternoon, I didn't recall having used it too much, but maybe I had. This next week will be the real test as I travel and use my phone a lot for work.

Everything else about the phone I love, there are things that could be better, bt file transfer for one, but it was a hell of a step up from the V60 I had before.

I personally do not have any complaints with the phone so far. I picked mine up at RS yesterday 7/30.

As far as phone volume, I have found that it depends entirely on where you place the phone on your ear. The speaker is alot farther back then on many previous phones, and because of this, you have to hold the phone farther forward then you would on other phones (like the T720) Otherwise the phone volume is comparable to the T720. Clarity wise I have been told by everyone I call with the phone that it sounds MUCH clearer then my T720 was.

The Obeymoto voice command stuff is downright awesome, especially when used with a headset (I have a Jabra Freespeak)

The ring tone volume is alot louder then my T720 was as well, and this is nice ...
