Motorola V710

Has anyone had the same problem as me. The pairing is sucessful; however, you can only dial out.....no incoming phone calls can be recognized. Information is sparce so I am trying to see if anyone else has encountered this problem and how did you solve it. I have already cleared the system and re-paired several time to no avail...............Thanks
