Is the blue LED on the headset on? Not blinking, but on constantly?

What you need to do is press the function button on the blue tooth device... On the Headset press the big round button for about 4 seconds, the headset will light up a bright continous blue... This must be done with the microphone closed... Once the headset lights up blue, open the headset and then go to the phone and have it look for devices...
