Motorola V710

I have tried to get the v710 to connect to the mobile phone tools via bluetooth and it just sits there saying initializing 😡 . I have tried 3 bluetooth dongles (Linksys, Belkin, Compusa) and they all did the same thing. I tried to just connect to the phone via the bluetooth modem, like the support site says, and they all get errors when trying to detect the phone. So I thought maybe Motorola forces you to buy their bluetooth stuff. Fine, so I tried the USB cable from Motorola. Same thing on detecting the USB modem 👿 . Errors Out in the same spot. there either is something wrong with my phone or the phone in general. Could anyone tell me if they have had any luck with this???? Any advice???? 😕
