Motorola V710
I have to trade in my v710 for a new one, the external display completely went blank.
The external screen of the v710 went blank it shows no picture, nothing when some one calls or i press a button on the side it lights up but its just dark blue no picture no time nothing! i told radioshack and they said the only way to fix it is to get a new one on tuesday. Even without the external screen this phone is amazing but you always need a outside display for caller id so im gettin a new one on tues. My question is has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know maybe how to fix this. Thanks any answers will be greatly appreciated.. 🙂

A customer came to our technicians today with a V710. He said he got it on the web. The techs told me that his display had blanked out. The screen had stopped working after a week. I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Techs told him that since the phone is not available yet through VZW, they could not fix it or replace it (not that we have warranty replacements to trade with anyway).
