Are you kidding me? First of all, Bluetooth has a range of only about 30 feet. Second, there is no way for Verizon to track your usage (remember Bluetooth's 30 ft. range) as Bluetooth and CDMA cellular (this is the technology that Verizon uses) work in different frequency ranges and use different technologies. See below for info on the technologies.

CDMA: CDMA networks operate in the 800 and 1900 MHz frequency bands with primary markets in the Americas and Asia.

Bluetooth: Radios that comply with the Bluetooth wireless specification operate in the unlicensed, 2.4 GHz radio spectrum ensuring communication compatibility worldwide. These radios use a spread spectrum, frequency hopping, full-duplex signal at up to 1600 hops/sec....
