I just threw my v60p across the room...help!!!
after a year of dropped calls and terrible service (2 bars or less)i finally gave in and threw my v60p across the room and i broke it...the inner and outer screens are both cracked and 1 of the hinges to flip the phone open is broke...
now my question to you is this...DOES THE V710 come out for sure on august 11th??!?!?!? i can go 10 days without a phone, i dont think i can go any longer though, its bad enough i lost my phone book forever ☹️

if your not eligible for new every 2 then go to radioshack at the end of the week they should be getting a second round of v710 phones in. Seems like only 2 each again. Thursday or Friday.

where is it confirmed i know i've seen people talking about it all over this board like they are positive but i called 3 times today and they all said it is supposed to come out this month but no specific date was given yet.

king_gratz: does the phone still turn on? Verizon can still transfer the phonebook from one phone to another for you even if the screen is cracked, my friend did it.

actually i e-mailed verizon yesterday and told tham the guy at my store said defin.aug 11 and she said thanks for your interist ain the motorola v710.

Are you in the NYC area? I can help you with that. There is also new software for that phone that makes it VERY fast on PTT... just released yesterday...

get any phone and give it back august 11 then get the new v710, u have 15 days that way u wont be without a phone, as of ur phonebook u can download it with a data cable and software
