Desktop Charger and Battery

Does the battery for the v710 fit in the back slot for the desktop charger (blue on with the clock)? Thank you very much...

No I do not think it will. I just went to best buy and they had a desktop charger for the t720 and you could not ask for a better fit and the desktop charger was only 19.99. Part number is 05006 and the name is just wireless

The battery for the v710 is different though all the Moto chargers I have tried so far do not fit this battery.

is the phone charging in the blue charger with the clock. The phone charges in the front slot, but the battery removed from the phone will not charge in the rear slot. If this makes sense, when you remove the battery, the gold pins are on the side, not on the bottom like the V60 and T720 batteries.

The phone fits on the charger but the V710 battery will not fit the second battery only charging slot since the v60 batteries have the battery contacts on the top while the V710 has the battery contacts on the side.
