Phone firmware update in 60 days
I just spoke to a Motorola customer service rep and he said the problem with the phone syncing with USB or blue tooth is a known problem and they are aware of it and there will be a firmware release with in 60 days. 👿 !!!!!! He said he understood my frustration and it could be released next week. Yeah Right!!!!! Verizon is aware of this and they will be doing the update. So heads up if you are waiting to buy the phone. you may want to wait a little longer.

Just wondering, do I have to bring phone in the store for the firmware update, or it can be done by automatic download as long as I leave the phone on and do a power cycle later?
