Motorola V710

Ok, I am one of the fortunate ones. I managed to buy the V710 this weekend at RadioShack. I also purchased the HS820 headset for it. Just a few impressions and lessons learned - hopefully helping others avoid the 35 minute call to Motorola.First, the phone is great and I think it was definitely worth the wait - I was waiting to switch carriers and this phone was my milestone. The HS820 is awesome, however, the directions for setting up the phone with the headset are wrong. Hold the button down until you get a solid blue light. The directions say wait for a flashing blue light. This caused me to return two Headsets before the 35 minute call (most of it wait time) to Motorola.Additionally, if you owen Mobile PhoneTools it will not work ...
