Motorola says phone launched today
In a reply from tech support regarding the video, since I cannot get mine to go past 15 seconds, they said the following....

Regarding your concern, this feature should last 3 min. The V710 was launched today, so my recommendation is to go back to the Store and ask the dealer to test this feature.

I believe you must have a transflash card for video over 15 seconds to work. Do you have a transflash installed?
