IS THIS NORMAL?

my outer screen goes out after about 5 seconds of not using the phone but comes back on when the phone rings or i push a button. is this normal or no bc i saw a post earlier that had the same issue and he thought this should not happen.

Go to Initial Setup and mess with the settings for your display and backlight. Also check if your Battery Save is turned on.

no it doesnt help. but it goes out after 25 seconds not 5.

yes, it is perfectly normal. this is a battery saving feature . with all the bells and whistles, it needs to save all the juice it can 😉
