GRRRRRRRRRR
I didn't expect this phone to come out so early, I thought they were going to say Augest, then it be Oct or Nov because they actually released it.
I just got a new battery for my mid-evil aged Kyrocera 2235! And this phone just came out, that was a waste. Oh well I got a couple more weeks to go before i can upgrade for my NE2 kicks in. I just went from 750 mAh to 1200 mAh can't wait to check it out, then with the antenna amp that seems to actually work! not as well as advertised but it does work.
Is there a new model of this phone coming out any time soon? If so I mise will hold out for it. I mean with the T720, the T730 is inherentally better, and that came out within two months later of the first.
As for the battery of this phone,...

Same boat same crappy phone, I have the 2235 and it blows the replacements i kept receiving were worse than the phone i took in, The V710 is pretty amazing. Once the bugs are fixed its the best VZW phone.

The Battery is exactly 835mAH.

Check this out ... this is where i got my Kyro battery, these really work, keep an eye on http://www.factorydirectcellular.com/home/mot orola/default.htm to see when they will come out for a new battery for this phone.
I think i'm going to hold out a month or so before buying this phone, so they can work out all the bugs first.
How much is it with an one year and a two year? My next drama is going to be whether i should do one year to have the lastest tech next year, or just do the two year deal so it's cheaper and i get my NE2 money.
Do they have good cases for this phone yet?

The current(mAH) in the battery is meaningless unless you know how efficient the phone is and how much current it draws. By no means can you compare the kyocera's battery life. and expect the same out of motorola's phones. So for all of you asking for the mAH unless your calculating draw and efficiency with experimental usage times it means nothing.

That's all nice and cute, if you wanna get all technique you can talk to my father, he got his masters in electronic engineering. But if you got some technqiue figueres spit them and I'll my old man break them down.
I wasn't attempting to directly compare the two phones on terms sololy based on mAh. But I would image, given the same mAh my kyo would last long than this moto, because my kyo is much more simple of a product.

For the standard SD cards there really shouldn't be much more than fabrication to worry about. The I think MMCs are slightly different. If you get your father to work on something like that let us know.
