Thanks for the insight. I feel much safer now and less paranoid about pairing my v710 with my Pocket PC and headset.

Yep.
And because toothing generally requires OBEX, the wild anonymous sex in train station bathrooms that apparently happens in London subways as a result of toothing will be forever denied to all v710 owners. ;)
