TransFlash / SD Adapter

I have been searching different sites for the TransFlash card. None mention the SD adapter, but I have read threads saying it came with it. Is it safe to say that all TF cards come with the adapter?

just get it from amazon fast shipping and comes w/ the sd adapter. never safe to say some stores will probably try to sell bot and make more money 🙄

just got mine today from chumbo.com and mine came with the adapter and it never said it!!! also how do you use the 128mb card or what do u do with it????
