bluetooth help
hey is there someone that could help me because i just got the bluetooth head set the HS 820 and i cannot get it 2 connect 2 my cell phone.

yeah i tried going 2 setting- connections, then find device but it doesnt list the head set. The head set is on and everything i read both books did u get yours 2 work?

I helped someone with a similar problem yesterday. It took about 2 hours and 8 back-and-forth replies to discover that he wasn't reading the manual closely enough...look back in the forum and you should find it.
I'll close by estimating that you have a .0001% chance that something is wrong with your headset or phone, a 99.98% chance that your headset isn't in discoverable mode (it's just "on", which isn't enough for pairing) or Bluetooth isn't turned on on your phone, and the remainder is the probability that you are doing something else wrong. Use the probability numbers assigned above to decide where best to focus your efforts and my guess is you'll find the solution fastest. Granted, it's all conjecture...but it's based on real-life ex...
