It's because Half the quesitons are the SAME, insted of searching or reading past pages people are asking the SAME things over and over and over and over again.... How do u get MP3 ringtones, when is the phone coming out, where can I get this phone, can and how do u cange the outter screen, RS or Verizon... Don't get me wrong, u guys have been great and I learned that I could get my phone at RS (I did) learned that I can get the update at Verizon when they get it, that Verizon will get the phone prob. the 11th of Aug, Learned how to get and make my own MP3 ringtones, learned that u can change your color option and the outter screen changes, I learned all this by READING and searching...
