Is RS's return policy the same as Verizons?

So I found an RS with the phone, but I'm waiting for Verizon to fix something with my account and I couldn't buy as an upgrade, so I bought it full price to have it, but I need to return it tomorrow and rebuy it at the 1 year contract price. Is this "doable"?

Thanks.

Yes. In fact, Radio Shack has a 30 day return policy, so you could actually buy it from Radio Shack and then when it comes out in the Verizon store you could return yours to Radio Shack and either get the 100 dollar price difference or return it and go buy one from the Verizon Store for 100 dollars less at full retail.

Awesome. My other question is what do I do if I want to activate it right now when I return it. Do I have to un-activate it and then redo that too?

Double check that 30 day return. I believe that is a 15 day return and a 30 day exchange.

15, 14... that's all fine. I just want to find out if it's going to be a problem if I activate it when I return it to rebuy it.

I don't think so. I tried the LG 7000 for 15 days, when I returned it I reactivated my old cell. It automatically inactivates the other from the account.

Yes, because until the ENS is cleared and reprogrammed it will not be able to be activated

Actually on cell phones it is 14 day return/exchange and there is a 15% restocking fee as the phone will have to be reprogrammed and refurbed...
