Phone Tools Help!!!!
I got the Mobile Phone tools with the Bluetooth adapter. I loaded all the software diid a live update. The vomputer see's the phone and is connected to it but when the picture of the Phone comes up on the Computer screen. The Screen says Initializing and does not find the phone. Help!

Yes.... I just spoke with motorola and the bluetooth adaptor is NOT compatible with the V710.. When I inquired via email as to why it is being advertised and sold, the reply is that maybe, one day in the future their maybe an update.... When asked as to why it is being advertised and sold, the reply was only - thank you for contacting motorola... When I asked to return the product, I was advised of a restocking fee,...
