Picture Caller ID

I have read some threads that the Picture Called ID does not take up the entire screen. For those of you that have the phone, what do you think. Is it usable? Can you tell who is calling? Does it also show their name? Any other comments on PCID would be great.

True, it's only a thumbnail of the picture. It does show the callers name and the icon left of that (Home, Biz, Mobile, Fax, etc).

If you get a good tight picture of the persons face, it's totally usable. When my wife calls me, I smile every time 'cause I can see her looking at me when I grab my phone. 🙂

I'll have to try that. "Honey - stick your face right up to these three bright LEDs and smile".

My first attempt wasn't really usable - it's too tiny to see (the image is about a half an inch square, if that. But it was also kind of dark.

Svenllr, what happens if she calls you and she's in a bad mood. 🙂

With a cute face looking at me like hers when I answer the phone, it won't matter. 🙂
