Motorola V710

OK, I am getting upset w/ VERIZON and RADIO SHACK.... I am going to give a huge "I AM SORRY' the the guy that said bring the phone back to RS.... OK I called RS on 7/30 was told they had a V710, I told them to hold it for me. Then I called Verizon and told them the situation, I knew that my buy back was on 9/11 but wanted to see if they could give it to me early on 7/30 and have RS give me the $100 off. Verizon lady said hold on I will check w/my supervisor. Came back and said "Because u have been such a great customer we will allow it" She said she was going to document my record and RS would be able to see that and give me $100.00 and that all I had to do was fill out new 2 yr contract at RS and I would get the discount.
