I have had the phone 7 days, now, and it has not FELL off my belt at all. At the bottom of the clip there is a little upward hook, which has managed to catch the belt each and every time.
In fact, the phone won't come out of the clip itself AT ALL (even when I tug) unless I push inward on the little tab at the top.
