On the posts that I have read, many people are complaining about a lack of conectivity with their P/C or MAC. They don't seem to realize that they need some Moto software to do the job: ie, Motorola Phone tools Ver 2.0 with either a USB cable or a Bluetooth-USB adapter. 😳
