k summ peoples were makin post a while bak about using itunes to convert songs to ringers. But i cant find the convert to mp3 tab in itunes. Will some1 please help me!!!

you're way ahead of your time, my friend. some motorola phones will begin supporting itunes next year. these phones will be the newest models. right now, no phone for motorola runs itunes. 😉

Actually, he's not ahead of his time, you do use iTunes to make ringtones for the V710.

Yes, it took me a while to figure out...
But, first start by selecting a song, and cutting it down to 20-25 seconds through iTunes. If you need to more information on using iTunes, go back a few messages.
Save the mp3 file to your desktop.
Next, go into your control panel----> folder options ----> View-----> uncheck hide file extensions.
Now, erase the .mp3 file extension and change it to .mid . Finally, go to www.vzwpix.com and click the add audio button, and select the file.
