Anyone else's phone getting scratched up right under the camera where the phone opens?

that's BS dude....i finally see the scratches on my phone right above the camera. WTF? i mean, i know it's purely cosmetic but how the hell did motorola design this phone so that whenever we open our damn phones, it'll scratch against the wall of the phone. whatever...ugh

Not scratches, i can wipe them off, so not yet but i assume within time there will be scuff marks at those high points. what ya gonna do?
