aight i have asked this question numerous times and nobody has replied to it yet....i have the phone and i cut down the song i wanted into 25 sec and changed it to a mid file. The size of the file is 198k. i sent this to my phone through vzwpix.com...i received the file and tried to download it. The phone says download failed try again later...can someone please help, i would like to get the ringtone on to my phone. It seems that a lot of people have been successful using this method i dont know why its not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Have you tried receiving at a different location? Maybe you have bad signal. Are you on 1X with full bars? I've emailed several midi files through vzwpix. It worked fine. Although I did have one fail... but was later able to get that file fine. Seemed like a bad data session? Also try a different file and see if it is an issue with your file.
