How do I make the phone ring while bluetooth headset is on?
When my bluetooth headset is on, my phone rings thru the headset only. I would like the phone to ring as well because I like to use the headset but dont want to wear it all the time. Any help is appreciated.

Motorola assumes that when you're not wearing the headset you'll turn it off - so far there's no way to make the phone ring as well (though you might be able to get "vibe and ring" to work as a bit of an improvement).

I found that if I connect the headset, then drop the connection from the phone (I created a shortcut to make this quick), the phone will ring, but when I push the button on the headset it will reconnect quickly (since it is still in standby) and answer the call.
Unfortunately the phone stays connected after the call.
We really need Motorola to provide a config option, but I hope this helps some.
