Formatting Transflash Card
Do u have to format it in the phone b4 u can take pics on it? The manual says to go to settings --> phone status then storage devices but I dont see any "phone status" option on my phone

I formatted it first via the phone first. Its creates various folders when it does so I would imagine you should.

You should definitely do this - I began using a TF card right out of the box w/o formatting -and it caused some problems.

I can't locate the format option for the Transflash memory. I go into:
Phone Status -> Storage Devices ->
TRI-mmc
And I just get a status of it.
I can't find the format option anywhere else, and certainly not in the documentation.
I surmise whomever wrote this stuff is not an end-user, as it's very unintuitive!
