One more quick question for you what is the difference between master reset and clear if you know?

i know the master reset will set the phone to the way it was when you unboxed it.....clear may just clear the memory on the phone...im not sure, ill get a test phone in a sec and try them both to see the difference...

yes a master reset removes everything from the phone and resets all settings back to factory default....master clear only clears all the settings back to factory and leaves your applications on the phone...all my games where still on the phone in GIN after doing the master clear....

I did a master reset after my entire TF card became corrupted and the phone started crashing and hanging.

The Master Reset, and a full format of the TF card fixed it.

How did you format card through phone or computer?

I actually formatted my card through the phone.
It's funny - Amazon.com listed the TF card as "not released" when I ordered it August 4th, and said I'd receive it in Mid October.
However, the SD card reader I ordered for my PC was listed as "will ship in 24 hours".

needless to say - I received the TF card (even with "free" shipping option) in about 4 days, but I'm still waiting for the SD card reader.

so - I would have formatted the card on my PC, but my PC can't read it until I receive the SD reader.
