Can any Mac user let me know if you have been able to sync your address book and calendar using a USB cable? Also any luck transferring files to transflash using the cable? Thanks in advance

Yes, I have successly synced iCal.
I haven't tried Address Book because I entered all the numbers by hand before I created a separate group in Address book with my phone numbers. I suspect it works fine though. Haven't heard differently.
I don't have transflash...yet...so no info there. I do know that I haven't been able to transfer any files to the phone using the cable. If someone has a fix for that...sweetness.

I have successfully synced iCal and Address Book.
However, it's a somewhat limited sync.
From what I can tell, Address Book only transfers some of the information (no photos, no physical or email addresses). And iCal doesn't transfer the "Location" or "Notes" fields.
So, if you just need phone numbers or appointment titles, it works. If you want all the data you've entered, you're out of luck. Like me.
