Ring and Vibrate
Does the V710 ring and vibrate at the same exact time like Nokia has since the beginning of man, or is it like all other Motorola phones and they either ring OR vibrate but not at the same time.

Menu>Settings>Ring Styles>Style (select Vibe & Ring)>Vibe & Ring Details>Calls (select Ring)>Ringer ID: "Off"
If the Ringer ID is left in the "On" position you will get Vibe only.

Ringer ID on is a ringer set for one contact in ur address book this way whenever the person calls..it is that specific ringer...if u turn the Ringer ID to off...u will have all ringers the same as the default ringer set for all incoming calls.

It will both ring and vibrate, but it will vibrate first, for a few seconds, and then ring the rest of the time until the call gets forwarded to voice mail. It does not do both at the same time.

I ran into the same issue with Ring and Vibrate. Called Verizon Tech Support to complain that my new V710 would only vibrate when set to do both. They told me the phone must be defective. Before I went back to the store to get a new one, I thought I'd check the forum to see if anyone else had reported this. Et voila, here you go. Point is: The phone is so new that the Verizon Tech Suuport people don't know much about it yet. Glad I checked here. Thanks.
