Confused...
I've had this phone for about a week and it's the best cell phone I've ever had. It's not perfect (what is?), but it comes pretty darn close. I'm honestly confused by the plethora of negative reviews for a phone that's heads above the competition (at least for Verizon customers). I'm beginning to wonder whether these reviewers have the same phone that I do. 😕

Well it's because the phone was so hyped up so people expected it to be the best thing since sliced bread and pockets (me included). I think some of the complaints are justifed such as the camera is useless inside but it takes great pictures outside, the buttons feel squished together (espcially the OK and the navigation). But I think after people (including me) play with it, learn it and become more cofortable on what it can and cannot do the complaints with subside. I was looking forward to it cooking me dinner but that's one disappointment that I'm going to have to live with till the new firmware comes out 🙂

that is what I have been hearing from my RL friends that have this phone.
I think the people on this board were expecting way too much for a phone and were disappointed. I think the bottom line is what you said, it is way better than any phone out there at this time.

greyboy...You're right. I was expecting bluetooth and excellent reception, which is what I got from this phone and couldn't get from any other Verizon phone. The rest of it (camera, video), is icing on the cake and doesn't mean much to me. 🙂

i agree..camera/video is just for fun, i love my bluetooth hs810..i heard a little static but i think i'm being paranoid

Its a great phone with a few niggles. People on this forum are all talking about the niggles...
