Motorola V710
anyone else having this problem?
I got the v710 last friday, and i registered on vzwpix.com and it wont let me login.. keeps saying authentication failure.... i'm using the correct password and everything

I had the same problem. Called VZW Customer service and after getting bounced through several reps, finally I got someone in their data unit to tell me that she lost all of her pics too. SHe is supposed to call me back when it is resolved, and credit my account for all of the test messages sent around.

I was having the same problem logging in from home last night. This morning I tried it at work and I was able to log in with no problem. I just now tried again from home and it gave the authentication failure error again.
I'm running Norton Internet Security, I disabled it and now I can log in. So check your firewall, I'm willing to bet that's the problem.
