...

...
They aren't the only two that work. You could also use the Nero Wave editor (part of the Nero 6 package) to edit the files or many others - I just offered up a couple of free downloads for anyone that does not already have the needed software.
...

...

...
Can someone please explain this process, step by step as if you were explaining it to a 5 year old.......thanks

Go to walmart.com and search for any disc/song you want. Make sure you are looking at JUST the CD as if you were going to order it, NOT the $0.88 to download. Just right click on the sample song to save it on your own drive (it is labeled "MP3 Audio"). Rename it and send it to your phone. They are already only 30 seconds long... It's works perfect
...
I e-mail it to my#@vzwpix.com.
I get a message saying I have a picture message waiting for me at the website but nothing is on my phone to download?
Do you download the message to your phone from the messages window or mobile web, e-mail?
PS there is nothing to highlight either?
As for the converstion process piece of cake, that's for the directions. Now I just have to get them to the phone!!!
...
Yes it should work. I thing I thought of is file size. You are limited to 350KB file size and the MP3 that you rename MID should be encoded at 64kbps
...
Quick question are you seeing the format for the songs as mp3 or asf. I see them as asf, do you have to convert them to mp3? I now this should be easier, than what I am making it.

IF I GET ONE MORE ATTACHMENT DROPPED, I'M GONNA DROP VERIZON!!!
I just changed the name of the file in DOS to make sure explorer isnt messing it up.
1. downloaded the song from walmart.com
2. went to Start - Run - Command (CMD if running winnt)
3. rename lean*.* *.mid
4. sent myself a message in text format using outlook including the midi, which was less then 300k
This is like the FOURTH time that this has NOT worked! What am I doing wrong?! âšī¸

OK PROBLEM FOUND - YOU HAVE TO WRITE SOMETHING IN BOTH THE SUBJECT, AND BODY AFTER ATTACHING THE FILE WITH THE MID IN IT.. DOH!!
