Different Ringer for unknown or private calls

Does anyoneone know how to set the ringer to a different sound for calls that come from individuals who block their caller ID. Thus there number comes up private or unknown???

If you set a distinct ringer for everyone in your phonebook, you can effectively have your phone's default ringer be the one that rings for unknown callers.
