i had a similar problem...i added photos and ring tones to the appropriate folders and 4 out of 5 said they were corrupted. but on my pc i see and can hear the pix and ring tones just fine....i have a feeling its the phone and not the transflash card. i think the phone still has a few kinks and hopefully moto will release a firmware update and we all can get our phones corrected.

Hey.. I had the same problem, problem seems like it happens when you delete big files from the SD adapter ...
When it got corrupt, I did a chkdsk /f on the transflash card and that fixed it up. You could also do a Scandisk by going to My Computer, right click on the transflash card and select Properites, go to the Tools tab and push the Check Now button under Error-Checking, check Automatically Fix Errors and push the Start button.
