Motorola V710
Camera on my V710
I purchased my V710 on 7/29/04 thru Radio Shack. I have been taken photo for the last 3 weeks with it. The quality is Horrible. I have tried adjusting everything, but the quality still sucks. Today I went into verizon and tried all there camera phones. Samsung and LG don't even have the 1.3 mega camera, but there photos are 100% better and clearer. I then ask a rep to open a new V710 and compare the quality. The quality was better on the new phone. Has anyone else experience this?

friend of mine who works at verizon store got it 3 days ago we compared everything is the same I mean camera features and quality

I made them change it. I noticed the difference immediately. I guess my phone might have been defective.

well - if your phone was defective then 90% of them are - because thats all I read is how crappy the camera is. Mine included

mine is fine. actually its pretty good being a cell cam. My best friend ownes the LG VX7000 and his pics look poor. We emailed pics to my email addy and compared. 710 tops fer sure. No match.
His VX7000 has a few glitches though. It seems to freeze up when he tries to access the mobile web. So now he is thinking about upgrading to the 710 and pay the difference.

If he's switching because of his mobile web locks up, I wouldn't switch, my v710 locks up sometimes during mobile web too...
