Bluetooth Question?
Hey guys
I was tryin to use Bluetooth on the V710 by tryin to connect to a friends phone so he could like send me pics and ringtones. But the problem is that everytime we try to connect, the V710 asks for a passkey or password to go forward, and my friends phone does the same. He has a Sony Ericsson, not Verizon, but he has done it a lot of times with other people using his phone. So we could not connect the phones. Has anyone tried this and were you successful.

I actually tried to do this. I have a V710 and my friend has a SE 616 (or a 610). You both have to enter the same passcode. It doesn't matter what it is, but they have to be the same.
But don't bother. Cause the V710 does not have the functionality to do anything via bluetooth other than dial up networking and headset use. No file transfer (yet) we are hoping for that in the next firmware release.
