I just got it, trying to pair it. The manual says the blue light is supposed to stay on permanently when you first turn it on but I cant get it to stay on? Please help.

thanks - got it to work, not sure if i want to keep this one though, i got it cheap 51.99 plus tax, free shipping from vzw though a link someone posted about 4 days ago but I think I want the Jabra
