transflash card confused on all I need please help

I want to buy a transflash card with everything so I can have the mp3 on it and pics and whatever else. I found this site and wondered if it is everything I need or is there something that is missing. Do I just plug it in my computer usb thing and it work or do I need something else.

This comes with 1 Transflash card and 1 Transflash->SD adapter. In order for you to transfer data to and from the card via your computer you will need to get a SD card reader. You can pick up a basic 6in1 card reader for around $20. I would strongly recommend a USB 2.0 "High-speed" one if your computer has USB 2.0 ports.

where is the best place to get this 6in1 card reader for 20 bucks and is that a good price for a 128 transflash card or is there a better place that you would recommend

I got one at radioshack for $20. It was quick and easy. No complications or shipping cost.
