Figuring out the Transflash Card...

Alright, so all of this technology is completely new to me because I hadn't upgraded my phone for 4 years, so bear with me 😉 . I just ordered a 128 MB Transflash card from Amazon the other day and am trying to figure out which additional products I will need to purchase. From what I have been able to piece together, in order to use the transflash card between computer (PC for me) and the V710, you need to have a USB SD Card Reader. From what I understand, purchasing the transflash card withough a card reader seems worthless. Is this a correct assessment? Is the Card Reader absolutely neccessary for complete functionability? Are there any other products that must be ordered for the transflash card to operate properly?Thanks...

the sd card reader is a must unless you wanna just keep the transflash card in your phone without having any hardware to transfer any files on to the card.

What is the difference between an 8 in 1 reader or a 12 in 1 reader and a regular reader, such as this reader...

8in1 and 12in1's read multiple types of cards unless you have 8 or even 12 different types of cards these 8/12in1's are pointless

Awesome, because I have none at this point...Is there any reader in particular that anyone recommends? I am considering this one through motorola simply because I have a $5 rebate for registering my phone. It would still come to around $20, is that too high of a price? Are there any quality differences between readers? I don't mind paying the few extra dollars to purchase a reader through Motorola if it would be more reliable and better quality, but if they are all equal, then there seems to be no point in doing that.
