so my next question relates to the backlight-
my backlight looks quite odd- almost half burned out (i.e. the whole number isn't illuminated).
also, when is the backlight behind the keys supposed to light up- when you open the phone, and, when you dial? because that is not happening with this phone.
the setting is on 20 seconds.
sorry for the inane question- just trying to figure out what is standard or if this is a broken feature
